"When AOL Japan decided to launch FLETS ADSL services, Weisser Consulting was instrumental in assisting with the planning and project management. Speaking from the AOL parent company perspective... this launch went according to plan and has helped to drive the growth of broadband."

CommDown

CommDown reduces communications and service costs for businesses in Japan and around the world on a no-risk to client, shared savings basis. There are two varieties of CommDown service, Office and Enterprise.

CommDown Office is 100% contingency based--we share in the savings together. CommDown Office is offers a no-risk audit and evaluation of existing data, fax and telecommunications charges, as well as negotiation and implementation of services on behalf of the client. CommDown Office typically realizes between 20% and 40% savings for the client.

CommDown Enterprise is customized to appeal to large enterprises and carriers with multiple locations in Japan and Asia. Recognizing that the complex networks of larger enterprises and carriers may not be best served by a purely cost-centric model, CommDown Enterprise provides for greater transparency as well as cost reduction, due diligence and management reporting of commodity IT and telecommunications services. CommDown Enterprise has realized savings as great as 35 million yen/year for the larger, multi -site organizations.
